Please be advised that a €20 fee will be applied if fleas are detected on your dog. This fee covers the fumigation and cleaning required to maintain a safe and hygienic environment, as parasites are highly contagious to other dogs in our care.

Does your dog have any behavioral issues we should be aware of? *

For the health and safety of your dog and our team, we may be unable to proceed with grooming if your dog becomes highly stressed, displays challenging behavior, or shows aggression. If the behavior is manageable and we can continue with the grooming process, additional charges may apply to account for the extra time, assistance, and expertise required. However, if we determine that your dog is unable to settle or their behavior poses a safety risk to themselves or our team, we will contact you immediately to collect your dog. Does your dog have any knots, tangles, or matting in their coat? *

Please be aware that in cases of severe matting, brushing may not be possible if it causes discomfort or pain to your dog. In such situations, your dog may need to be clipped very short, depending on how close the matting is to the skin. Additional charges may apply due to the extra time and care required to safely address matting. Our pricing is based on the complexity and duration of the grooming process. Regular appointments are recommended for dogs with longer coats or those that mat easily. We will advise on the ideal schedule based on your dog’s lifestyle, coat type, and styling needs. For a healthy, fluffy coat, we recommend a minimum of every 6 weeks. If regular visits are not possible, we may suggest a shorter trim to help prevent matting. Can you commit to regular visits, and if so, how often? Please book your next appointment upon collection of your dog. We advise scheduling several appointments in advance, as we are extremely busy. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Communication is preferred in writing by email or text. Where not enough notice has been given, your missed appointment will need to be paid for and a deposit is required for a future booking.
